Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders ship within 1–2 weeks.
Pre-orders are made to order — please allow 5–7 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.
Free shipping on all US orders of $100 or more.
Orders under $100 ship at a flat $8, via UPS or USPS.
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch — an estimate, not a guarantee.
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Please check your address before you pay; we can't change it once an order has shipped.
Once a parcel is marked delivered, ANEMOIA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Arrived damaged or wrong? Inspect your order on arrival and contact us straight away.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment.
Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, email curator@anemoia.gallery with your order number. Items sent back without requesting a return first can't be accepted.
Return shipping is not free — the cost is deducted from your refund.
We reserve the right to refuse any return showing signs of wear, damage, alteration or use.
Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
For an exchange, return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted — that's the fastest way to get what you want.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, less return shipping; your bank may take a little longer to post it.
