Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• Free standard shipping on all US orders over $100.
• Orders under $100 ship at a flat $6, via USPS or UPS.
• Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.
• Once a parcel is marked delivered, ANEMOIA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages — please make sure your shipping address is correct and secure.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
• To start a return or exchange, email lunar@anemoia.gallery with your order number.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Sale and archive items are final sale.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
